fa نقدی بر حق برآموزش رایگان کودکان و نوجوانان در ایران پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">حق اساسی هر کودک برای آموزش و تعهدات کشورها در راستای دستیابی به این حق در کنوانسیون حقوق کودک مورد تأکید قرار گرفته است. در سطح آموزش ابتدایی کشورهای عضو موظف به فراهم‌آوردن آموزش ابتدایی رایگان هستند</span><span dir="LTR">.</span> همچنین دولت‌ها به موجب قوانین اساسی خود و میثاق‌های جهانی متعهدند که تربیت رسمی و عمومی را با کیفیت مطلوب و کامل برای آحاد جامعه محقق کنند. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی حق بر آموزش رایگان در اسناد و قوانین مربوطه و وضعیت آن در ایران انجام شد.</span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">روش:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">روش تحقیق به صورت توصیفی است و گردآوری اطلاعات به شیوه کتابخانه&shy;ای انجام شده است.</span><span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">اصل سی&shy;ام و بند سوم اصل سوم قانون اساسی و مواد اول و دوم قانون ت</span><span lang="FA">أ</span><span lang="AR-SA">مین وسایل و امکانات تحصیلی کودکان ایرانی بر اهمیت و اجباری‌بودن آموزش و پرورش حکایت دارند. خوشبختانه در چند سال اخیر وزارت آموزش و پرورش در زمینه آموزش مقطع ابتدایی قدم‌های چشم‌گیری برداشته است لیکن هنوز تا رسیدن به نقطه مطلوب و توسعه حق آموزش رایگان و باکیفیت فاصله است</span><span dir="LTR">.</span> <span lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"> تأمین حق آموزش رایگان مستلزم ایجاد اولویت، </span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">سیاستگذاری، پشتیبانی، کیفی&shy;سازی و نظارت قانونی و بسترسازی الزام همگانی برای حضور در دوره&shy;های ضروری آموزشی است.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="background:#f4fefe"><b><span style="color:#03695f">Background and Aim:</span></b> The fundamental right of every child to education and the obligations of countries regarding achieving this right are considered in the Convention on the Rights of the Child. At the level of primary education, member states are obliged to provide free primary education. Also, according to their constitutions and international covenants, governments have the obligation to provide formal and public education with a desirable and complete quality for the members of the society. This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the right to free education in relevant documents and laws and its status in Iran<span lang="EN">.</span><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span><br> <span style="background:#f4fefe"><b><span style="color:#03695f">Method:</span></b> The research method is descriptive and data collection was done using the library method<span lang="EN">.</span></span><br> <span style="background:#f4fefe"><b><span style="color:#03695f">Results:</span></b><b> </b>Article 30 and paragraph 3 of Article 3 of the Constitution and Articles 1 and 2 of the Law on Provision of Educational Equipment and Facilities for Iranian Children indicate the importance and being mandatory of education. Fortunately, in the last few years, the Ministry of Education has taken significant steps in the field of primary education, but it is still far from reaching the desired point and developing the right to free and high-quality education<span lang="EN">.</span><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span><br> <b><span style="color:#03695f">Conclusion:</span> </b>Fulfilling the right to free education requires creating priority, policy making, support, quality improvement and legal supervision and establishing the requirement for everyone to attend necessary educational courses<span lang="EN">.</span><br> <br> <b>Please cite this article as:</b><br> Kiani Ardabili H.
