fa اقدامات حقوقی حمایت‌محور سازمان بهزیستی نسبت به کودکان و نوجوانان پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA">وجود کودکان و نوجوانان در معرض خطر و آسیب در هر جامعه‌ای امری غیر قابل اجتناب است و یکی از چالش‌های عمده در نظام‌های حقوقی کشورها به حساب می‌آید، زیرا </span><span lang="AR-SA">عدم حمایت و رهاسازی آنان می‌تواند صدمات جبران‌ناپذیری را در بستر جامعه ایجاد نماید.</span><span lang="FA"> کشورهای مختلف برای حمایت از حقوق کودکان و نوجوانان در معرض آسیب، تدابیر و اقدامات حمایتی دارند که از جمله این اقدامات در کشور ایران، فعالیت‌های سازمان بهزیستی در راستای توانمندسازی این دسته از کودکان </span><span lang="AR-SA">است.</span><span lang="FA"> در این مقاله سعی شده است که جایگاه سازمان بهزیستی در خصوص حمایت از کودکان و نوجوانان بی‌سرپرست و بدسرپرست و کودکان خیابانی در پرتو قوانین و مقررات مورد بررسی قرار گیرد</span><span lang="AR-SA">.</span> <span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">روش:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">تحقیق حاضر با استفاده از روش توصیفی و اسنادی (کتابخانه‌ای) به انجام رسیده است.</span><span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">سازمان بهزیستی از طریق اعمال اختیارات خود در رابطه با مراکز نگهداری شبانه‌روزی و خانواده جایگزین و مشارکت در پیشگیری از بزه‌دیدگی، کودکان و نوجوانان بی‌سرپرست و بدسرپرست را تحت حمایت حقوقی قرار می‌دهد. همچنین در مورد کودکان خیابانی از طریق جذب و اصلاح کودکان و اقدامات حمایتی اورژانس اجتماعی، ایفای نقش می‌نماید. <span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">انسجام سازمانی، پیگیری مستمر و اتخاذ راهبردهایی برای تسهیل انجام وظایف محوله قانونی از سوی سازمان بهزیستی تأثیر به سزایی در ارتقای اقدامات حمایتی از کودکان و نوجوانان در معرض آسیب نظیر کودکان بی‌سرپرست و بدسرپرست و کودکان خیابانی دارد.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="background:#f4fefe"><b><span style="color:#03695f">Background and Aim:</span></b> The presence of children and adolescents at risk in any society is unavoidable and is considered one of the major challenges in the legal systems of countries, because the lack of support and release of them can cause irreparable damage to society. Different countries have measures to protect the rights of children and adolescents at risk of harm, among these measures in Iran are the activities of the Welfare Organization in order to empower this category of children. In this article, an attempt has been made to examine the position of the Welfare Organization regarding the protection of homeless and abused children and adolescents and street children in the light of laws and regulations<span lang="EN">.</span></span><br> <span style="background:#f4fefe"><b><span style="color:#03695f">Method:</span></b> The present research has been done using the descriptive and documentary (library) method<span lang="EN">.</span></span><br> <span style="background:#f4fefe"><b><span style="color:#03695f">Results:</span></b><b> </b>The Welfare Organization provides legal protection to children and adolescents who are without guardians and abused through the exercise of their powers in relation to overnight care centers and substitute families and participating in the prevention of victimization. It also plays a role in the case of street children through recruiting and reforming children and social emergency support<span lang="EN">.</span><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span><br> <b><span style="color:#03695f">Conclusion:</span> </b>Organizational stability, continuous follow-up and adoption of strategies to facilitate the performance of legally assigned tasks by the Welfare Organization have a significant effect on the promotion of protective measures for children and adolescents exposed to harm such as orphaned and abused children and street children<span lang="EN">.</span><br> <br> <b>Please cite this article as:</b><br> Esfandiary T.
