fa بررسی تأثیرات انواع رسانه‌های جمعی بر بزه‌کاری کودکان Investigating the Effects of Various Mass Media on Juvenile Delinquency پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;">زمینه و هدف: پدیده بزه‌کاری کودکان از مهم‌ترین چالش‌های جوامع می‌باشد که تأثیرات مخربی را بر خانواده و جامعه تحمیل می‌کند. از طرفی رسانه‌ها نقش بسیار مؤثری را در کاهش یا افزایش بزه‌کاری در سطح جامعه ایفا می‌کنند. هدف از انجام این پژوهش، تبیین میزان اثرگذاری رسانه‌های جمعی بر رفتارهای بزه‌کارانه کودکان است. روش: این پژوهش با استفاده از روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی از طریق مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای انجام پذیرفت. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که نمی‌توان رسانه‌های جمعی را به عنوان عامل مستقیم بزه‌کاری دانست، اما می‌توان گفت که این رسانه‌ها موجبات بالفعل‌شدن استعدادهای بالقوه جنایی کودک می‌شود. در این میان رسانه‌های تصویری و مجازی از طریق نمایش خشونت و ارتباطات ناسالم و منحرفانه در بزه‌کاری کودکان مؤثر واقع می‌شوند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان می‌دهد که تأثیر هر یک از رسانه‌های جمعی در کاهش یا افزایش بزه‌کاری کودکان متغیر می‌باشد، به طوری که تا پیش از ایجاد و ورود ماهواره و فضای مجازی به زندگی شهروندان، تلویزیون تأثیر زیادی در کاهش و افزایش بزه‌کاری کودکان داشته است، البته در ایران، با توجه به نظارت و کنترل حاکمیت بر محتوای برنامه‌های تلویزیون، این رسانه بیشتر در جهت کاهش بزه‌کاری اطفال گام برداشته است. در مقابل رسانه‌هایی نظیر ماهواره و شبکههای مربوط به فضای مجازی با توجه به عدم وجود چارچوب تقنینی منظم و عدم کنترل و نظارت کافی بر محتوای آن‌ها تأثیرگذاری فراوانی بر رشد بزه‌کاری کودک داشته است.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Aim: The phenomenon of juvenile delinquency is one of the most important challenges in societies that imposes destructive effects on the family and society. On the other hand, the media play a very effective role in reducing or increasing crime in society. The purpose of this study is to explain the impact of mass media on juvenile delinquent behaviors. Method: This research was done using the descriptive-analytical method in the way of library study. Results: The findings indicate that the mass media can not be considered as a direct cause of crime. But it can be said that these media outlets bring out the potential of children's criminal talents. Meanwhile, video and virtual media are effective in juvenile delinquency through the display of violence and unhealthy and perverted communication. Conclusion: The results show that the impact of each mass media in reducing or increasing juvenile delinquency is variable. Before the creation and entry of satellites and cyberspace into the lives of citizens, television had a great impact on reducing and increasing juvenile delinquency. Of course, in Iran, due to the government's control and control over the content of television programs, this media has taken more steps to reduce juvenile delinquency. In contrast, media such as satellite and networks related to virtual space, due to the lack of a regular legislative framework and lack of adequate control and monitoring of their content has had a great impact on the growth of juvenile delinquency.
