fa ممنوعیت هرزه‌نگاری کودکان از منظر اسناد بین‌المللی و داخلی پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA">یکی از سوءاستفاده‌های بزرگ علیه حقوق قانونی کودک در جامعه، هرزه‌نگاری می‌باشد که کرامت انسانی را که در اسناد بین‌المللی از آن یاد شده است، نقض می‌کند و امروزه به عنوان تهدید فزاینده جهانی تبدیل شده است. تولید یا مشارکت مستقیم کودک در تصاویر جنسی را هرزه‌نگاری کودکان می‌گویند که از طریق انواع رسانه از جمله مجلات، عکس، کاریکاتور، نقاشی و انیمیشن صورت می‌گیرد. با توجه به آثار جبران‌ناپذیر این آسیب به کودکان، کشورها و دولت‌ها باید به اقدامات قانونی مناسب بپردازند تا بتوان تا حدودی از اثرات مخرب این عمل شوم بر این قشر آسیب‌پذیر کاست. در اکثر کشورهای دنیای و در اسناد بین‌المللی و معاهداتی که بین کشورها منعقد شده است، هرزه‌نگاری کودکان ممنوع اعلام و جرم‌انگاری شده است. در قوانین داخلی هم، اگرچه به طور صریح به هرزه‌نگاری اشاره نکرده است، اما با بیان مصادیق آن در قوانین متعدد این عمل شوم را غیر قانونی اعلام نموده است و برای متخلف آن مجازات در نظر گرفته است، اما باید دانست که تدوین قانون در این زمینه تنها راه حل برای از بین‌بردن این جرم و زدودن آثار آن نیست، بلکه باید دولت به آگاه‌سازی مردم و خانواده‌ها و کودکان بپردازد.</span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span lang="EN">One of the major abuses against the child&#39;s legal rights in the community is pornography that violates human dignity, as mentioned in international documents and today it has become a growing global threat. Given the irreparable consequences of this damage to children, countries and governments must take appropriate legal action so that this can be done to some degree from the destructive effects of this vulnerable group.
