fa حمایت اجتماعی از کودکان کار و خیابان پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA">در طول تاریخ همواره کودک به علت ویژگی‌های خاص جسمی و روحی در معرض سوءاستفاده‌های مختلف قرار گرفته است. وضعیت خاص کودکان خیابانی سبب شده تا آن‌ها هم در جامعه هم در محیط خانوادگی، در معرض انواع سوءاستفاده‌ها و آسیب‌ها قرار بگیرند و به انبوهی از حمایت‌ها از جمله حمایت قانونی نیازمند باشند. این پدیده کودکان خیابانی و کار، یکی از معضلات گریبان‌گیر اکثر شهرهای بزرگ در جهان معاصر است. کودکان کار به دلیل شرایط خاص زندگی خود مجبور به کارکردن هستند و همین امر منجر به ایجاد تغییرات مثبت و منفی در خودپنداری آن‌ها نسبت به سایر همسالان خود شده است. مسأله رفع فقر و کودکان و حل مشکلات بچه‌های خیابانی موضوعی است که حقیقتاً تنها با همکاری بین‌المللی دولت‌ها، سازمان‌های بین‌المللی دولتی و سازمان‌های غیر دولتی بین‌المللی همچون عفو بین‌المللی و دیده‌بان حقوق بشر و همکاری مشترک و تنگاتنگ با فعالان حقوق کودک حل و فصل خواهد شد. وضعیت اجتماعی این کودکان بسیار نامطلوب است و بچه‌های خیابانی بیشتر از کودکان دیگر در معرض تجاوزهای جنسی و بیماری‌هایی همچون ایدز، خشونت‌های جنسی و در صورت دختربودن حاملگی اجباری قرار خواهند گرفت.</span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;">Throughout history the child has been exposed to various abuses due to certain physical and mental characteristics. The specific situation of street children has caused them to be exposed to various types of abuse and harm in the community in the family environment, and they need a lot of support, including legal protection. The phenomenon of street children and work is one of the problems facing most of the major cities in the contemporary world. Children are forced to work due to their particular circumstances, and this has led to positive and negative changes in their self-reflection of their peers. The issue of addressing poverty and children and solving street children&#39;s problems is a matter that will only be solved with the cooperation of international governments, international governmental organizations and international NGOs, such as Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch, and will work closely with the rights of children&#39;s rights activists.
