fa ارزیابی حق بر سلامت دهان و دندان کودک و تحقق آن در سطح بین‌المللی پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span lang="FA">حق بر سلامت یکی از حقوق بنیادین انسان‌ها محسوب می‌شود. حق بر سلامت دهان و دندان که یکی از ابعاد این حق و بخش جدایی‌ناپذیر از سلامت عمومی می‌باشد، به وضعیت بدون بیماری و درد مزمن در ناحیه دهان، صورت و گلو اطلاق می‌شود. از میان گروه‌های انسانی، کودکان آسیب‌پذیرترین افراد هستند که عوامل مختلفی سلامت آن‌ها را تهدید می‌کند. از این رو اسناد بین‌المللی به ویژه &laquo;کنوانسیون حقوق کودک&raquo; (1989 م.) بر حق بر سلامت کودکان تأکید دارند. بیماری‌های دهان و دندان از جمله عواملی هستند که به طور جدی این حق را تحت <span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">تأثیر قرار می‌دهند. این بیماری‌ها</span></span> <span lang="FA"><span style="letter-spacing:-.1pt">تنها ایجاد درد نمی‌کنند، بلکه بر نحوه </span></span><span lang="FA">غذاخوردن، صحبت‌کردن، کیفیت زندگی، اعتماد به نفس درونی و اجتماعی کودک تأثیرگذار هستند. مقاله حاضر مبتنی بر یک روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و با بررسی رویکرد حقوق بین‌الملل به حق بر سلامت و حق بر سلامت دهان و دندان و تبیین حقوق کودک در این حوزه، به این سؤال پاسخ می‌دهد که در حال حاضر حق بر سلامت دهان و دندان کودکان در چه وضعیتی قرار دارد؟ این مقاله نتیجه می‌گیرد که علی‌رغم درک اهمیت ویژه سلامت دهان و دندان کودکان و حصول دستاوردهای مهم در این حوزه، همچنان بیماری‌های دهان و دندان در میان کودکان، به طور گسترده شیوع دارد و تحقق حق مذکور به شکل مطلوب، با موانع و محدودیت‌های فراوانی رو به رو است. ضروری است که علاوه بر نهادهای بین‌المللی، کشورها نیز همسو با برنامه‌های جهانی سلامتی برای همه، به صورت هدفمند و سازماندهی‌شده به ویژه در زمینه پیشگیری از این بیماری‌ها و بهبود دسترسی به مراقبت‌های بهداشتی اولیه اقدام نمایند. همچنین دسترسی به اطلاعات سلامت در تمام دنیا، بهره‌مندی از فناوری‌های جدید، ارائه گزارش‌های منظم و سالیانه توسط دولت‌ها در زمینه سلامتی دهان و دندان کودکان می‌تواند به ارتقای حق بر سلامت دهان و دندان کودکان کمک فراوانی نماید.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed">Health is one of the most important human rights. The right to oral health is one aspect of this right and an integral part of public health pertains to the disease-free status and chronic pain in the mouth, face and throat. Among the human groups, children are the most vulnerable to various health threats, and therefore international instruments, in particular the Convention on the Rights of the Child (1989), emphasize the right to children&#39;s health. Oral diseases are among the factors that seriously affect this right. These diseases not only cause pain, but also affect the eating, speaking and quality of life, inner and social self-esteem of the child. Based on a descriptive-analytical approach and in the light of an overview of the international law approach to the right to health and the right to oral health and the explanation of children&#39;s rights in this field, the present paper addresses the question of the right to oral health and what is the position of child in oral health? This paper concludes that, despite the particular importance of children&#39;s oral health and the achievement of important results in this area, Oral diseases continue to be widespread among children and the right to do so is faced with many obstacles and limitations. In addition to international institutions, it is essential that states, along with global health programs for all, are targeted and organized, in particular to prevent these diseases and improve access to primary health care.
