fa پاسخ نظم حقوق داخلی به خشونت علیه کودکان پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">کودکی حساس&shy;‌ترین دوره حیات بشری است که ابعاد مختلف جسمی و روانی افراد در آن شکل&shy; گرفته و تکامل می&shy;‌یابد. از این رو حفظ و تضمین رشد و سلامت جسمی و روانی کودک از اهمیت بسیار زیادی برخوردار است</span><span lang="FA">. در مقاله حاضر تلاش بر این است که شمای کلی نظم هنجاری حقوقی داخلی در پاسخ به خشونت علیه کودکان به تصویر کشیده شود.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">روش:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA">این مطالعه به‌صورت توصیفی-تحلیلی و با استفاده از بررسی منابع کتابخانه‌ای</span> <span lang="FA">و به‌ویژه قوانین انجام گرفته است.<span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> کودکان هرگز نباید در وضعیت&shy;‌های خشونت‌&shy;آمیز خانوادگی یا اجتماعی قرار گرفته و مصادیق کودک‌&shy;آزاری را تجربه کنند. از آنجا که کودکان امروز، در آینده مسئولیت جامعه را بر عهده خواهند داشت و پیشرفت و توسعه کشور در گرو تربیت و رشد صحیح آنان است، لذا مسئله خشونت علیه کودکان که به شدت موجب آسیب به این امر می&shy;‌شود، مورد توجه خاص قوانین کشورمان قرار گرفته است</span><span lang="FA">.</span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA">در نظم حقوقی کنونی، واکنش در قبال </span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">خشونت علیه کودکان حد و مرزی نمی‌شناسد و امروزه مصادیق مختلفی چون تنبیه خشونت‌&shy;آمیز فیزیکی و روانی، بی&shy;‌توجهی والدین، غفلت، بهره‌&shy;کشی، عدم سلامت فضای مجازی، ترک تحصیل، هرزه‌نگاری، فشارهای ناشی از فقر و مانند آن را در بر دارد</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="background:#f4fefe"><b><span style="color:#03695f">Background and Aim:</span></b> Childhood is the most sensitive period of human life in which various physical and mental dimensions of individuals are formed and developed. Hence, it is crucially important to maintain children&#39;s physical-mental health. In the present article, an attempt is made to depict the general outline of the domestic legal normative order in response to violence against children.</span><br> <span style="background:#f4fefe"><b><span style="color:#03695f">Method:</span></b> <span lang="EN">This study has been done in a descriptive-analytical way by using the library resources and especially laws</span>. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span></span><br> <span style="background:#f4fefe"><b><span style="color:#03695f">Results:</span></b><b> </b>Children should never be exposed to violent domestic or social situations and experience child abuse. Since children today will be responsible for society in the future, and the progress and development of the country depend on their proper upbringing and development; therefore, the issue of violence against children, which causes great harm to it, is of special concern to Iran&#39;s laws<span lang="EN">.</span></span><br> <span style="background:#f4fefe"><b><span style="color:#03695f">Conclusion:</span></b><b> </b><span lang="EN">In the current legal system, the response to</span> violence against children knows no boundaries; today, there are various examples, such as violent physical and psychological punishment, parental neglect, exploitation, unhealthy cyberspace, drop out, pornography and pressures of poverty<span lang="EN">.</span></span><br> <br> <b>Please cite this article as:</b><br> Petoft A.
