fa توانمندسازی نیروی کار فردا: تحلیلی جامع از حمایت از حقوق کودکان کار در ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Original Article <p style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">پژوهش حاضر به ارائه تحلیلی جامع از حمایت از حقوق کودکان کار در ایران می‌پردازد، با تمرکز بر چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های توانمندسازی نیروی کار فردا. زمینه کار کودکان در ایران با تعامل پیچیده‌ای از عوامل اجتماعی ـ اقتصادی، هنجارهای فرهنگی و چهارچوب‌های قانونی مشخص می‌شود که تجارب کودکان کار را شکل می‌دهد. هدف این پژوهش بررسی اثربخشی سیاست‌ها و شیوه‌های موجود در صیانت از حقوق کودکان کار با تأکید ویژه بر شناسایی زمینه‌های بهبود و مداخله است.</span><span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">روش:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">این مطالعه با بهره‌گیری از رویکرد کیفی و استفاده از مطالعات موردی، به بررسی عمیق موضوع پرداخته و تلاش می‌کند درکی دقیق و جامع از وضعیت کودکان کار در ایران ارائه دهد.</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که با وجود تلاش‌های قانونی ایران برای حمایت از کودکان کار، ضعف در مکانیسم‌های اجرایی منجر به نقض گسترده حقوق این کودکان شده است. همچنین عدم دسترسی کافی به آموزش، چالش‌های این کودکان را تشدید کرده و موجب تداوم چرخه‌های فقر و نابرابری شده است.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">این پژوهش بر ضرورت مداخلات هدفمند و اصلاح سیاست‌ها برای رفع چالش‌های حقوقی و اجتماعی کودکان کار در ایران تأکید می‌کند. تقویت مکانیسم‌های اجرایی، گسترش آموزش و ارتقای برنامه‌های رفاه اجتماعی می‌تواند به ایجاد جامعه‌ای عادلانه‌تر و توانمندتر برای مشارکت همه کودکان در نیروی کار آینده منجر شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="background:#f4fefe"><span style="line-height:115%"><b><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#03695f">Background and Aim:</span></span></b> <span lang="EN"><span style="line-height:115%">This study presents a comprehensive analysis of the protection of child laborers&rsquo; rights in Iran, focusing on the challenges and opportunities for empowering tomorrow&rsquo;s workforce. The context of child labor in Iran is shaped by a complex interaction of socio-economic factors, cultural norms and legal frameworks that influence the lived experiences of working children. The aim of this research is to assess the effectiveness of current policies and practices in safeguarding the rights of child laborers, with a special emphasis on identifying areas for improvement and intervention</span></span><span style="line-height:115%">. </span></span></span><br> <span style="background:#f4fefe"><span style="line-height:115%"><b><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#03695f">Method:</span></span></b> <span lang="EN"><span style="line-height:115%">This study adopts a qualitative approach and utilizes case studies to provide an in-depth understanding of the issue and to explore the dynamics of child labor in the Iranian context.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="background:#f4fefe"><span style="line-height:115%"><b><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#03695f">Results:</span></span></b><b> </b><span lang="EN"><span style="line-height:115%">The findings indicate that although Iran has taken significant legislative steps to protect child laborers, enforcement mechanisms remain weak, resulting in widespread violations of their rights. Furthermore, limited access to education exacerbates the challenges faced by child workers and perpetuates cycles of poverty and inequality.</span></span><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="background:#f4fefe"><span style="line-height:115%"><b><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:#03695f">Conclusion:</span></span></b> <span lang="EN"><span style="line-height:115%">The study highlights the urgent need for targeted interventions and policy reforms to address the legal and social challenges confronting child laborers in Iran.
