fa نقش آموزش خانواده در صیانت از حریم خصوصی کودکان در فضای مجازی از منظر اسناد بین‌المللی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Original Article <p><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA">فضای مجازی و مخاطراتی که حریم خصوصی کودک را تهدید می‌کند، باعث شده تا صیانت از حریم خصوصی کودک به یکی از مهم‌ترین مباحث حقوق بین‌الملل کودک تبدیل شود. دولت‌ها با اجرای هدفمند قوانین بین‌المللی حقوق کودک، گام بلندی جهت حمایت از حقوق کودکان برداشته‌اند. با وجود این، نقش آموزش به خانواده به عنوان مهم‌ترین پایگاه حمایت از حریم خصوصی کودکان، نباید دست کم گرفته شود. در پژوهش حاضر به این پرسش اساسی پاسخ دادیم که از منظر اسناد بین‌المللی، آموزش به خانواده چه نقشی در حفظ حریم خصوصی کودکان در فضای مجازی دارد؟ با بررسی اسناد مهم بین‌المللی حقوق کودک و همچنین مقالات به روز و مرتبط به برجسته‌سازی نقش تأثیرگذار آموزش به خانواده جهت صیانت از حریم خصوصی کودکان در فضای مجازی پرداختیم</span><span lang="AR-SA">.</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">روش:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA">در این پژوهش با روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی و اتکا به داده‌های کتابخانه‌ای به جمع‌آوری، بررسی و تحلیل اسناد و مقالات مرتبط پرداختیم.</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA">جهت صیانت از حریم خصوصی کودک در فضای مجازی علاوه بر ایجاد، توسعه و به روزرسانی قوانین، باید به برجسته‌سازی نقش خانواده و همچنین به بحث آموزش خانواده و مراقبین کودک بپردازیم</span><span lang="AR-SA">.</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA">نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد که علاوه بر ایجاد، بسط و به روزرسانی قوانین توسط دولت‌ها، ایجاد محیط‌های آموزشی برای والدین و مراقبین کودک جهت مقابله با تهدیدات فضای مجازی بسیار مهم است. خانواده‌ها باید تفاوت آموزش به کودک و مداخله خودسرانه به حریم خصوصی کودک را بدانند و با ایجاد محیطی امن و مورد اعتماد برای کودک به آموزش وی بپردازند</span><span lang="AR-SA">.</span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span></span></p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="background:#f4fefe"><b><span style="color:#03695f">Background and Aim:</span></b> The Cyberspace and the dangers that threaten the privacy of the child have caused the protection of the privacy of the child to become one of the most important topics of the international rights of the child. Nevertheless, the role of family education as the most important bastion of protecting children&#39;s privacy should not be underestimated. In the current research, we answered the basic question that from the perspective of international documents, what is the role of family education in protecting children&#39;s privacy in cyberspace? By reviewing important international documents on children&#39;s rights, as well as up-to-date and related articles, we highlighted the effective role of family education to protect children&#39;s privacy in cyberspace.</span><br> <span style="background:#f4fefe"><b><span style="color:#03695f">Method:</span></b> In this research, we collected, reviewed and analyzed related documents and articles using the descriptive-analytical method and relying on library data.<span lang="EN"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span></span><br> <span style="background:#f4fefe"><b><span style="color:#03695f">Results:</span></b><b> </b>In order to protect the child&#39;s privacy in the cyberspace, in addition to creating, developing and updating the rules, we must highlight the role of the family and also discuss the education of the family and the child&#39;s caregivers.</span></span></span></div> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="background:#f4fefe"><b><span style="color:#03695f">Conclusion:</span></b><b> </b>The results of this research show that in addition to the creation, development and updating of laws by governments, it is very important to create educational environments for parents and caregivers of child to deal with cyberspace threats.
