fa مطالعه و شناختی دقیق بر لزوم بازاندیشی حقوق کودکان در عصر هوش مصنوعی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Original Article <p style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA">هوش مصنوعی در عرصه های مختلف، کارآمدی خود را به اثبات رسانده که حقوق و حل مسائل حقوقی نیز از این نفوذ مصون نمانده است که در عرصه‌های مختلف حقوقی کاربردهای عینی آن مشاهده شده و قابلیت‌های آتی نیز مورد بررسی است. یکی از این حوزه‌ها، مربوط به حقوق کودکان می‌باشد که حضور هوش مصنوعی بسیاری از مشکلات موجود در تصمیم‌گیری را می‌تواند به خوبی مدیریت و سازماندهی کند. </span><span lang="AR-SA">در این مقاله به کاربردهای عینی هوش مصنوعی در حل حقوق کودکان اشاره شده و قابلیت‌ها و قواعد به کارگیری آن در نظام حقوقی ایران مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد.</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">روش:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">در این مطالعه پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی </span><span dir="LTR">Magiran</span><span lang="AR-SA">، </span><span dir="LTR">SID</span><span lang="AR-SA">، </span><span dir="LTR">PubMed</span><span lang="AR-SA">، </span><span dir="LTR">Ovid</span><span lang="AR-SA">، </span><span dir="LTR">Science Direct</span><span lang="AR-SA"> و موتور جستجوی گوگل اسکالر (</span><span dir="LTR">Google Scholar</span><span lang="AR-SA">) با استفاده از واژگان کلیدی و عبارات هوش مصنوعی &laquo;</span><span dir="LTR">Artificial Intelligence</span><span lang="AR-SA">&raquo;, یادگیری ماشینی &laquo;</span><span dir="LTR">Machine Learning</span><span lang="AR-SA">&raquo;, حقوق کودکان &laquo;</span><span dir="LTR">Children&#39;s Rights</span><span lang="AR-SA">&raquo;, کنوانسیون &laquo;</span><span dir="LTR">Convention</span><span lang="AR-SA">&raquo; مورد جستجو قرار گرفتند. در مورد مقالات، سال‌های (2015 تا 2023) مبنا قرار داده شدند. در مجموع 7 مقاله کاملاً مرتبط با هدف مطالعه تشخیص داده شده و در تدوین مطالعه مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند.</span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span></span></span></span></span></p> <p style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">با گنجاندن استفاده مسئولانه از هوش مصنوعی در برنامه‌های درسی آموزشی، مشارکت عمومی در فرآیندهای تصمیم‌گیری و ایجاد چارچوب‌های قوی و نظارت نظارتی، می‌توانیم از رفاه کودکان در تعامل با فناوری‌های مبتنی بر هوش مصنوعی محافظت کنیم.</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> حفاظت از کودکان در عصر هوش مصنوعی مستلزم رویکردی جامع است که اخلاق، حقوق بشر و ملاحظات کودک‌محور را ادغام کند.</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="background:#f4fefe"><b><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="color:#03695f">Background and Aim:</span></span></b><span new="" roman="" times=""> Artificial intelligence has proven its effectiveness in various fields, and law and solving legal issues have not been immune from this influence. One of these areas is related to children&#39;s rights, where the presence of artificial intelligence can manage and organize many problems in decision-making well. In this article, the objective applications of artificial intelligence in solving children&#39;s rights are mentioned, and the capabilities and rules of its application in Iran&#39;s legal system are examined.</span></span><br> <span style="background:#f4fefe"><b><span new="" roman="" times=""><span style="color:#03695f">Method:</span></span></b><span lang="EN"><span new="" roman="" times=""> In this study, Science Direct, Ovid, PubMed, SID, Magiran and Google Scholar search engine using keywords and phrases of artificial intelligence, machine learning and children&rsquo;s rights. &quot;Children&#39;s rights&quot;, &quot;Convention&quot; were searched. In the case of articles, the years (2015 to 2023) were used.
