fa آزادی جواز سقط جنین و تولید مثل از دیدگاه سیمون دوبوار تخصصي Special پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA">سیمون دوبوار معتقد است زنان به دلیل مشکلات و رنج‌هایی که به سبب بارداری، زایمان و مادری متحمل می‌شوند، لازم است تا از حقوق ویژه و خاصی در این مسأله برخوردار شوند، از جمله آن‌ها حق آزادی تولید مثل و سقط جنین می‌باشد. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی و نقد و تحلیل نظرات دوبوار در مسأله آزادی جواز سقط جنین و تولید مثل می‌باشد. این موضوع از آن جهت حائز اهمیت است که با آسیب‌پذیرترین قشر، یعنی جنین در ارتباط است و همچنین تأثیر مستقیم بر حفظ نسل آینده دارد.</span><span dir="LTR" lang="NL"><span style="line-height:115%"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">روش:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA">این پژوهش که با استفاده از اسناد و منابع کتابخانه‌ای و به روش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی نگارش یافته است</span><span lang="AR-SA">.</span><span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA">یافته‌ها‌ حاکی از آن است که دوبوار حق انتخاب و تصمیم‌گیری در مورد حمل یا سقط جنین را از آن زن می‌داند. همچنین ایشان این مسأله را راهی برای رهایی زنان از ستم جنسیتی می‌داند.</span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b> <span lang="FA">دوبوار سقط جنین را یکی از مصادیق آزادی تولید مثل و گامی در جهت رهایی زنان از سلطه نظام مردسالارانه می‌داند، اما همانطور که در نقد و تحلیل نیز بیان شد، زنان نمی‌توانند مسئولیت‌ها و پیامدهای اعمالشان در مورد جنین را که دارای کرامت ذاتی انسانی است، نادیده بگیرند. حق سقط جنین به بهانه آزادی زن، مستلزم نفی وظایف و مسئولیت‌های او به عنوان یک مادر است.</span></span></span></span><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="background:#f4fefe"><b><span style="color:#03695f">Background and Aim:</span></b> <span lang="EN">Simon de Beauvoir believes that due to the problems and sufferings that women suffer due to pregnancy, childbirth and motherhood, it is necessary to enjoy special and special rights in this matter, including the right to freedom of reproduction and Abortion is.
