fa بررسی حقوق کودک در اسناد بین‌المللی و حقوق موضوعه با تأکید بر کارکرد کلینیک‌های حقوق کودک (مورد مطالعه شهروندان تهران) پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">کودکان به واسطه محدودیت‌های طبیعی و اجتماعی خود، همواره نیازمند حمایت والدین، قانونگذار و جامعه هستند. از این منظر تلاش برای استیفای حقوق آنان امری بدیهی است. در کنوانسیون جهانی حقوق کودک مصوب 1989 میلادی که ایران نیز آن را مورد تصدیق قرار داده، همچنین در قوانین ایران شاهد تحول در دیدگاه‌های کیفری و دستاوردهای مهمی در زمینه دادرسی اطفال و نوجوانان </span><span lang="FA">در طی سال‌های اخیر بوده‌ایم</span><span lang="AR-SA">؛ در راستای این دستاوردها تأسیس کلینیک‌های حقوق کودک به عنوان مرکزی برای آموزش و اقدامات مشاوره‌ای تخصصی کودکان، گام مهمی در جهت احقاق حقوق کودکان محسوب می‌شود. پژوهش حاضر به دنبال پاسخ به این پرسش اصلی است که تأسیس کلینیک حقوق کودک چه تأثیری بر </span><span lang="FA">آگاهی نسبت به </span><span lang="AR-SA">حقوق کودکان دارد؟</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">روش:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">این پژوهش با استفاده از روش آمیخته (کمی و کیفی) و با کمک‌گرفتن از ابزارهای کتابخانه‌ای و پرسشنامه و همچنین نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> <span lang="AR-SA">، با حجم نمونه 384 نفر در میان شهروندان متأهل شهر تهران در سال 1401 به انجام رسیده است. </span><span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیه‌ها و بررسی اسناد موجود حاکی از تأثیر معنادار کلینیک‌های حقوق کودک بر آگاهی نسبت به حقوق کودکان است.</span> <span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">آموزش و مشاوره به کودکان برای مراقبت از خود در برابر هرگونه سوءاستفاده امری ضروری است. کلینیک‌های حقوق کودک ابزاری برای ایجاد آگاهی و تسهیل اجرای حقوق کودکان در اسناد بین‌المللی و حقوق موضوعه هستند. با این حال، مخاطب شناخت و تعلیم حقوق کودکان تنها خودشان نیستند، بلکه آشنایی بزرگسالان با این مقوله نیز همواره مورد تأکید است.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="background:#f4fefe"><b><span style="color:#03695f">Background and Aim:</span></b> <span lang="EN">Children always need the support of the parents, legislator and society due to their natural and social limitations. From this point of view it is obvious to try to fulfill their rights. In the Convention on the Rights of the Child approved in 1989 which Iran has also acknowledged it and in Iran&#39;s legal system there have been changes in criminal views and important achievements in the field of Proceedings of children and adolescents in recent years. In line with these achievements establishing child rights clinics as a center for children&#39;s specialized training and advisory affaires, is considered as an important step towards the realization of children&#39;s rights.</span> <span lang="EN">The present study was carried out to answer this main question: What does the effect of establishing child rights clinic on the awareness of children&#39;s rights?</span><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span><br> <span style="background:#f4fefe"><b><span style="color:#03695f">Method:</span></b> <span lang="EN">This research was conducted using a mixed method (quantitative and qualitative) and with the help of library sources and questionnaires as well as SPSS software, with a sample size of 384 people among married citizens of Tehran in 1401.</span></span><br> <span style="background:#f4fefe"><b><span style="color:#03695f">Results:</span></b><b> </b><span lang="EN">The results of testing the hypotheses and reviewing the available documents indicate the significant impact of child rights clinics on the awareness of children&#39;s rights.</span><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span><br> <span style="background:#f4fefe"><b><span style="color:#03695f">Conclusion:</span></b><b> </b><span lang="EN">Teaching and counseling children to protect themselves against any abuse is essential. Child rights clinics are a tool to create awareness and facilitate the implementation of children&#39;s rights in international documents and </span>statute <span lang="EN">laws.
