fa نقش رسانه در بزه‌کاری کودکان و نوجوانان و تبیین راهکارهای پیشگیری در پرتو نظریه جرم‌شناسی رشدمدار پژوهشي Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">امروزه رسانه‌های جمعی در قالب‌های متفاوتی زندگی افراد خصوصاً کودکان و نوجوانان را تحت سیطره خود داشته و با درشت‌نمایی نقاط جذاب، کودکان را به سوی خود جلب می‌نمایند. </span><span lang="FA">این مطالعه با هدف بررسی نقش رسانه در تحقق بزهکاری نوجوانان و بررسی راهکارهای پیشگیرانه در پرتو نظریه جرم‌&shy;شناسی رشدمدار، انجام یافت.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">روش:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">مطالعه حاضر با بهره&shy;‌گیری از منابع کتابخانه‌&shy;ای و به شیوه توصیفی-تحلیلی به انجام رسیده است.</span><span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">یافته‌ها:</span></span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">رسانه می‌تواند به مثابه یک شمشیر دولبه نقش مثبت یا منفی و همچنین در مواردی نقش منفعلانه و تباه‌سازی اوقات فراغت را در کالبد روانی افراد ایفا نماید و با ایجاد حس همزادپنداری در افراد خصوصاً در سنین پایین در ایجاد کانون بزه و سوق طفل به پذیرش نقش‌های بزه‌کارانه و یا بزه‌دیدگی</span><span lang="FA">،</span> <span lang="AR-SA">تأثیر فراوانی داشته باشد، چه بسا تداعی برخی نقاطی که در سابق، فردی را از دایره عصمت به سمت بزه‌کاری رانده و بازنمایش آن از طریق رسانه و ایجاد زمینه بزه‌کاری، او را در طلب نخستین خود در ابعاد دیگری با توجه به حس کنجکاوی خصوصاً در کودکان و نوجوانان مصمم سازد و وی را در دام تبهکاری قرار دهد.<span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#03695f">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">با مطالعه میدانی و به کارگیری ابزار جرم‌شناسی رشدمدار و بررسی دوره‌های مختلف زندگی در کودکان و نوجوانان و تفحص در میزان غلبه‌پذیری و مقاومت بر خواست نفسانی در دوره‌های مختلف سنی می‌توان به منابعی غنی جهت تصمیم‌سازی صحیح در شناخت بزنگاه‌هایی که فرد را به دامن بزه می‌کشاند و به دنبال آن، جهت‌گیری مناسب در قبال این بسترها دست یافت و در پیشگیری و از بین‌بردن دامنه‌های بزه و نهایتاً تجویز کیفری مناسب با ضمانت اجرای کارآمد،</span> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">بر ایجاد فضای امن برای کودکان فائق آمد.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="background:#f4fefe"><b><span style="color:#03695f">Background and Aim: </span></b>Today, the media in different formats dominates the lives of people, especially children and teenagers, and attracts children by highlighting attractive points. This study was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of the media in the realization of juvenile delinquency and investigating preventive solutions in the light of developmental criminology theory.</span><br> <span style="background:#f4fefe"><b><span style="color:#03695f">Method:</span></b> The present study was carried out using library resources and descriptive-analytical method<span lang="EN">.</span></span><br> <span style="background:#f4fefe"><b><span style="color:#03695f">Results:</span></b><b> </b>As a double-edged sword, the media can play a positive or negative role, as well as in some cases a passive role and ruining free time in the mental form of people, and has a great impact by creating a sense of Identification in people, especially at a young age, in creating a delinquent center and pushing children to accept delinquent roles or the victimization. perhaps the association of some points that in the past pushed a person from the circle of innocence to delinquency and the reproduction of it through the media and the creation of a context for delinquency, make him seek his first in other dimensions according to the sense of curiosity, especially in children and teenagers, makes them determined and puts them in the trap of crime<span lang="EN">.</span></span><br> <b><span style="color:#03695f">Conclusion:</span> </b>By conducting a field study and using developmental criminology tools and investigating different periods of life in children and adolescents and investigating the degree of overcoming and resisting sensual desire in different age periods, we can get rich resources for making correct decisions in knowing the situations that lead a person to delinquency and after that, a proper orientation was achieved towards these platforms and in preventing and eliminating delinquent domains and finally, the appropriate criminal prescription with the guarantee of efficient implementation succeeded in creating a safe environment for children.<br> <br> <b>Please cite this article as:</b><br> Aghaie M.
