fa خانواده و نقش آن در تربیت متعادل کودک در مراحل حساس رشد Family and its Role in Balanced Child Upbringing during Sensitive Developmental Stages تخصصي Special پژوهشي Original Article زمینه و هدف: تربیت کودک یکی از وظایف خطیر والدین است که در خانواده صورت می‌گیرد. روان‌شناسان بر این باورند که شخصیت انسان در همان سال‌های اول زندگی شکل می‌گیرد و بهترین دوران برای تربیت متعادل و متوازان هر کسی به دوران کودکی او اختصاص پیدا می‌کند. خانواده زمانی می‌تواند فرزندی متعادل و رشدیافته تحویل جامعه دهد که خود از تعادل و توازون کافی برخوردار باشد. خانواده متعادل و متوازن تجلی‌گاهِ شکوه وحدت و یکپارچگی است. در خانواده متعادل هر یک از اعضای خانه از جایگاه ویژه‌ای برخوردار بوده و روحیه شایسته‌سالاری به جای مردسالاری، زن‌سالاری و فرزندسالاری حاکم می‌باشد. برای طراحی خانواده‌ای آرام و متعادل تفکر مردسالاری، زن و یا فرزندسالاری مورد پذیرش نبوده، بلکه تفکر شایسته‌سالاری قابل قبول همگان است. سال‌های نخست تربیت انسان به عنوان سنین حساس رشد، بسیار اهمیت داشته و ساختار جسمانی، عاطفی و اخلاقی کودکان را شکل می‌دهد. خانه واقعی محیطی سالم، پرنشاط و سرشار از آرامش، عاطفه و دوستی‌ها بوده و بهترین بستر برای رشد عواطف و کمالات انسانی شناخته می‌شود. روش: پژوهش گردآوری اطلاعات اسنادی، مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای در مقام تجزیه و تحلیل توصیفی ـ تحلیلی است. یافته‌ها: با توجه به انواع سبک‌های فرزندپروری و نتایج مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای به برتری سبک فرزندپروری اقتدار منطقی بر سایر روش‌های فرزندپروری اشاره شده است. خانواده به عنوان اولین و مهم‌ترین محیط برای رشد متعادل یا نامتعادل کودک از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است، در این پژوهش بر روش متعادل آن تأکید شده است. نتیجه‌گیری: در این پژوهش، در پاسخ به این پرسش که آیا خانواده در جریان تربیت متعادل در مراحل حساس رشد کودک می‌تواند نقش‌آفرینی داشته باشد؟ نتیجه این پژوهش و پژوهش‌های پیشین در این زمینه، بدون هیچ پیش‌داوری و تعصب نسبت به انواع سبک‌های تربیتی والدین، بیانگر آن است که والدین در خانواده‌ها با سبک فرزندپروری مقتدرانه در قبال سبک‌های تربیتی آزاد گذار و استبدادی برای تربیت متعادل، به خوبی می‌توانند فرزندانی متعادل و رشدیافته تحویل جامعه دهند.   <table align="center" class="Table" style="width:643px; border-collapse:collapse" width="643"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="width:643px; padding:0in 0in 0in 0in; height:23px; background-color:#e0f8f5"> <table class="Table" style="background:#f4fefe; border-collapse:collapse"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="border-bottom:2px solid #50d4c1; width:642px; padding:0in 7px 0in 7px; background-color:#f4fefe; border-top:2px solid #50d4c1; border-right:none; border-left:none" valign="top">Background and Aim: Nurturing children is one of parents’ most critical duties in the family. Psychologists believe that a person’s personality is formed during the earliest years of life, making childhood the ideal time for a balanced and harmonious upbringing. A family can deliver a well‑balanced, thriving child to society when it maintains its own stability and harmony. A balanced family reflects unity and integrity. In such a family, each member has a special role and a spirit of meritocracy replaces patriarchal, matriarchal, or child‑centered dominance. In designing a calm and balanced family, patriarchal, matriarchal, or child‑centered rule is not acceptable; instead, a meritocratic mindset is acceptable by everyone. The first years of child-upbringing, regarded as sensitive stages of development, are highly important and they shape children’s physical, emotional and moral structure. A true home is a healthy, vibrant environment full of peace, emotion and friendship and is the best foundation for emotional and moral development. Method: This research involves collecting documentary information and is a library-based study employing descriptive‑analytical analysis. Results: According to various parenting styles and the existing library-based studies, it is pointed to the superiority of the rational authoritative parenting style over other approaches. As the first and the most important environment for a child’s balanced or unbalanced growth, the family plays a crucial role and this research emphasizes on the balanced method.
